It was a bar in Port Douglas, ‘Mr Jones’, by the Counting Crows was playing. Paul found himself staring at this yellow haired girl; her name was Ferne. It was their first dance; the song was theirs forever. That was 20 years ago. Look into the future; February 2015, Paul & Ferne were searching for the perfect site to open their restaurant when they pulled up in front of the very place you’re sitting now. But what to call it? Right then, the lyrics started to play, ‘Mr Jones & Me…’ The name was chosen.
